Romania, a Spiritual Bridge between Asia and America

Bucegi Mt. - Apuseni Mt. - Sarmizegetusa Citadel, Home of Zalmoxis, The Vanishing God: “Secret Enclave in The Apuseni Mountains”

The spirit of the people, the history and traditions of the lands we are going to visit and explore are meant to create a unique and authentic Romanian experience. We will enjoy the wonderful nature and unique historical vestiges, and discover places energetically alive and active, portals or "star gates" into other dimensions. The history of Romania is beyond Time and Space - where sacred places, new discoveries, vast tunnel systems and rich traditions of Immortals and Magical Inner Beings merge into a new paradigm of Truth.

The American archeologist William Schiller and Doctor Daniel Ruzo, a Peruvian explorer, have found clues to link the megalithic structures with hidden messages of the Masma Culture, and they claim that civilization on this planet started in the Carpathians.

Their arguments are 10 discoveries in Romania that are unique on the planet, like The Tartaria Tablets and other ancient writings (dated 5500 B.C., arguably considered to be the earliest form of writing, before the Sumerian or Egyptian scripts), discovered on the Carpatho-Danubian territory and established through indirect methods, the oldest human skeleton, the oldest metal furnace (6000 B.C.), ancient gold mines, underground tunnels in places with very strong energy, sacred temples and caves. Some of these revelations can be seen during this initiatic trip (The Sphinx from Bucegi Plateau, The Sinca Veche Cave, etc.)

According to Ruzo, before our civilization, another human race existed in Proto-History. They were very advanced, able to travel worldwide and left evidence of themselves in many places, like the Sphinx, located in the Carpathian Mountains or Markawasi, Monument of Humanity, in the Andes Mountains. These 2 megalithic structures are almost identical, despite the distance between Europe and South America. This agrees with the theories of the Hopi Indians, suggesting we are not the first humanity to reach a degree of developmental sophistication, but probably the fourth or fifth.

On this journey you will learn about the Dacians, the people of ancient times, called the Immortal Ones. An amazing history which you will discover step by step. The Thracian tribes were great throughout all the Antiquity and well known for their physical resistance, their overall skills of traditional medicine and their ancient language, that may predate Sanskrit. The Dacians are part of the Thracians and according to the ancient historian Herodotus: Thracians were the second numerous people in the Ancient World. Some Thracians gods such as Dionysius, Bendida, Asclepius etc. were worshiped by ancient Greeks and Romans.

Through our journey we intend to explore the sacred spaces of Transylvania land, alongside an important part of The Apuseni Mountains. The red spots of The Fibonacci Spiral represent centers of power, Earth vortexes, chakra points of the living Gaia, or a congruence of planetary leys or ley line. As we can see, many of these are in Romania.

This tour is the perfect opportunity to learn about the historic facts and the legends surrounding some of the most spread topics regarding Romania. We will first take a glimpse of the royal life of the Romanian kings of the past through the visits to Peles Castle in Sinaia, a famous mountain resort at the foot of the Bucegi Mt. We will have the chance to compare this view of the royal family (more close to our times) to the one that will contour in our heads after another visit, this time to Alba Iulia, where the three main regions of Romanian united in 1600 for the first time in many centuries, under the rule of Michael The Brave. This is a precious town, a symbol of unity, still preserving a glorious medieval air. In the middle of this trip we shift our perspective from history to ancient legends and stories inspired by the megalithic structures on the Bucegi Mt., like the Sphinx and the Old Women´ Rocks, and finally the Sarmisegetusa Fortress, the religious and political centre of our forefathers, the Dacians. The Sarmisegetusa Regia complex bears signs of a highly advanced civilization, having as its pivotal symbol the figure of Zalmoxis, the vanishing god. Zalmoxis returned to these places with gifts of wealth and wisdom for his people. All actions taken by the kings of this territory were in accordance with his visions. During his time, the Dacians experienced the most flourishing development in their existence in varied fields like art, construction, religion, medicine, and governing, all based on the harmonious laws of the Universe etc.

We would encourage you to study the facts, analyse the scientific data, explore the legends, feel these places in your heart, see how they all correlate and draw your own conclusions about these theories.

We are pleased to invite you to an unique experience in Romania!

Itinerary - Long Version

Day 1/Saturday - Bucharest – Gathering Day
Arrival in Bucharest on Henry Coanda airport, accommodation at a 4* hotel (B&B) situated in the old city centre, a mirror of little Paris. Welcome dinner and opportunity for us to get better acquainted with one another and get a “taste” of the Romanian people, customs and cuisine .

Day 2/Sunday
After breakfast (8:00) we depart to Bucegi Mt. Stop on the way in Sinaia, the famous mountain resort and the Pearl of Prahova Valley. The town at the foot of Bucegi Mountains hosts the former summer residence of King Carol I, The Peles Castle. An architectural gem in Swiss chalet style, it was built and decorated between 1873 and 1914, and was the first electrified castle in Europe. The interior is charming; the royal atmosphere given by the style of various halls is emphasized by the collections of glassware, clocks, silver, oriental carpets and tapestries, and exceptionally madestained glass.Peles is surrounded by seven terraces decorated with statues (the work of the Italian artist Romanelli), stone-made-wells, ornamental vases and Carara marble.

Lunch is served in Sinaia, at the restaurant of the castle.

We continue our road up on the mountain till we reach the hotel. We also visit the Ialomita Cave, a 15 minute walk from the hotel. What is special about this place is its highly spiritual quality due to the presence here throughout time of hermits and monks who passed severe tests on their way to achieve communion with Divinity. Some report having had visions during meditations in the cave of young beautiful women (traditionally called Iele), with eyes sparkling of magical powers, singing, dancing and whirling in a dream like atmosphere. Others have seen luminous shapes or captured interesting orbs on their cameras. This is definitely a place where revelations can take place, adding to the magic of the complex of the Bucegi plateau.
Accommodation at a 4* hotel, placed in the middle of nature. F.B.

Day 3/Monday
After breakfast, we take the cable gondola up to the megalithic structures on the Bucegi plateau. The most famous of them is the Romanian Sphinx, resembling a giant human head said to have been formed throughout a long period of time by wind erosion. Its size and mystic attributes have led to its association with the Sphinx in Egypt; its human appearance conveys a captivating image and the balanced proportions of the face, with the severe lips and strong chin express power and sovereignty, a true representation of an ancient deity resounding through time and stirring the present. Some go even further affirming the megalith of Egypt is a copy of the Romanian version. Rumour has it that vast tunnel systems link these magnificent structures although scientists are reticent and have yet to issue a verdict regarding their purpose. Different hypothesis have been forwarded of course, and several books emerged instilling curiosity in people´s minds.

Close by we find another strange group of rocks, called Babele (Old Women´ Rocks) Rocks, thought to have been formed over the years in the same way, through the action of the wind eroding the calcareous stones and sandstones, the materials they are made up of. These megaliths resemble huge mushrooms and the popular tradition associates them with feminine characters, shepherdesses who turned into stones after being caught in the snow storm and frozen together with their sheep at the turn of the season in spring. These structures on the Bucegi Plateau are not the only ones of this type in Romania, being spread in various places along the mysterious plateaus, valleys and mountains.

*Optional trip to Omu Peak (the round trip takes about 5 hours, medium difficulty).

Accommodation at the same 4* hotel in the mountains. FB

Day 4/Tuesday
Departure to Sinca Veche, the sacred Temple of Fates. Here we will visit the cave monastery, an ancient place of worship, known as the Temple of Fates. The monastery carved in stone is perfectly incorporated into the natural landscape and is supposed to be a pre-Christian settlement. People come here for different reasons: to meditate and pray for the fulfilment of their desires, or driven by curiosity and wanting to step into a space that seems suspended in time, where paranormal phenomena have been reported.
We will stop for lunch in the small medieval town of Sighisoara, a magnificent 12th century Saxon edifice included in the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1999. Sighisoara is considered to be the most beautiful and well preserved inhabited citadel of Europe, with authentic medieval architecture, housing many sites, such as:

- The Towers pertaining to different craftsmen’s associations, the landmark of the city being the Clock Tower, a 64 m high tower built in the 13th century, today a museum of history

- The Covered Staircase – a very old staircase with a wooden roof along the whole span, that leads up to the Church on the Hill, a Lutheran church that was built in the 14th century

- A Greek-catholic church from the 15th century, the Virgin Mary church of the Dominican Monastery built in the 17th century and also an orthodox church built for the Virgin Mary in the 18th century.

Accommodation at a 4* manor near Seckler´s Rock, the rocky mountain formation part of the Trascau Mt. H.B.

Day 5/Wednesday
Visit the amazing Turda Salt mine and the Turda Gorges. The Turda Salt Mine is attested in an official document since 1271. The planning of the mine proving the engineering skills of the designers, against the natural background of the mineral offers a spectacular view. Then, we go for a 1 hour hike (medium difficulty) through The Turda Gorge. Turda Gorge stretch over a length of 1300 m and a height of 200 m.  Formed through the erosion of the limestone rock by the Hasdate River, it offers a magical landscape with high and steep cliffs, sharp ridges, stone towers, arches and caves. As a mixed reservation, it contains over 1000 species of plants, animals and butterflies. In this wonderful glade we will have a picnic lunch.

Accommodation at the same beautiful manor. F.B.

Day 6/Thursday

After breakfast (9.00 am), we depart to Rosia Montana. This is the oldest documented mining settlement (dated year 131) and known since the Roman period by the name Alburnus Maior. However it is believed that the gold extraction activity began hundreds of years before. We visit Dealul Cetatii, the galleries and shafts of the former Roman gold mines, the old houses from the XVIII-XIX centuries (monuments of popular architecture).

We continue with visits to Scarisoara Cave or Glacier. Situated at 1150 m altitude, with a length of 700 m, it houses the largest underground glacier in Romania and one of the few existing in Europe, with a volume of 75000 mc and over 3500 years old. To reach Scarisoara we cross The Ordancusei Keys, stretched over 2500 m in Ordancusei Valley. Being declared a Natural Reserve, The Keys are guarded by high walls of limestone in which we find many caves and grottoes. Next stop is Izbucul Tauz, a spring with intermittent activity that works on the principle of the siphon.

We also visit The Vartop Glacier, named The Wonderful Cave: small-sized, but very beautiful and famous due to the traces of the Neanderthal that were found there.

In this expedition we will have a picnic lunch.

Accommodation at a 4* guesthouse in Arieseni. F.B.

Day 7/Friday

This day begins with a visit to the Bear Cave. This cave is famous not only for the beauty of the stalagmites and stalactites of different sizes, shapes and colours, but also due to the fact that it preserved numerous evidences and fossils of the cave bear that went extinct over 15000 years ago. We also stop by The Meziad Cave, where traces of Palaeolithic and Neolithic eras have been found; the species of Homo sapiens and animals like Ursus spelaeus lived here. The cave ensures a perfect habitat for bat hibernation, especially those from Miniopterus schreibersii species that form a pretty impressive colony in the Bats Hall

Accommodation at a 4* guesthouse in Arieseni. FB

Day 8/Saturday

After breakfast (9:00 a.m.), we depart to Pisoaia Waterfall, wich is a natural reserve located on crystalline limestone rock dating from the Paleozoic age, enclosed in an isolated forest of beech and coniferous trees. Close to the waterfall we will find the Hill with Fossilized Snails. Snails of different shapes and sizes petrified in this unique geological formation of over 65-70 million years old.

Then, we visit Sarmizegetusa, the most important, religious and political centre of the Dacians, the ancient people of this territory. In Sanskrit the name Sarmisegetusa means flow, enlightenment and the place that illuminates the world of life. We will explore architectural wonders such as the 365,242197 day calendar, the solar disc, the colonnade and much more.

In the afternoon we visit the Costesti Fortress, the first capital of the Dacians. Here we will see how this civilization was organized on multiple levels, evidence of an advanced governing system and a high consciousness.
